Molecular sieve for special use

Molecular sieve for special use

Chemical Formula:

Ca5Na2[(AlO2)12(SiO2)12]·XH2O
Introduction:
Molecular sieve for special use is an effective tool for drying, purifying and separating hydrocarbon and other mixtures (gaseous and liquid) in order to obtain pure and ultrapure substances.
Uses:
The ability of molecular sieve to detect light paraffinic hydrocarbons of a normal structure can be used to increase the octane numbers of benzene fractions. Liquid paraffin can be separated from branched alkane and cyclic hydrocarbons during the course of selective adsorption using a molecular sieve adsorbent designed for dewaxing. Nowadays, industry mainly uses it to distinguish between isoalkane and alkane.
Packing:
sealed iron drum, 25kg, 50kg, 150kg.

Process: Adsorption is carried out in the vapor phase at a temperature usually 20–30°C higher than the final boiling point of the initial product, and at an excess pressure of 7–8 at.
